PRODUCT WARRANTY

All new products manufactured by Mapleside Mfg are warranted to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a comprehensive period of 2 years. This warranty is extended exclusively to the original end-user and becomes effective on the date the original end-user receives the product.

Mapleside Mfg’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part(s) proven to be defective in materials and/or workmanship under normal use and service. The determination of defects will be made by Mapleside Mfg through photographic evidence or other means as necessary. “Normal use and service” refers to the usage consistent with the intended purpose of the goods and within conditions normally encountered through proper use. Any evidence of improper use, neglect, unauthorized repair, or alteration to the original design may void this warranty.

Warranty claims must be initiated through an authorized Mapleside Mfg dealer. The dealer is required to contact Mapleside Mfg and obtain authorization before conducting any warranty work. Failure to secure prior authorization may result in rejected warranty claims. Mapleside Mfg reserves the right to modify specifications and/or designs at any time for any product for sale, without obligation to owners of previously purchased products.

This warranty explicitly excludes the following items:

• Normal maintenance or adjustments
• Products lost or damaged during shipment
• Accessory items and parts not supplied by Mapleside Mfg
• All warranty claims must be discussed with an authorized employee of Mapleside Mfg prior to any repairs being performed.
• Mapleside Mfg makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated in this document, and no person is authorized to make any other warranties binding upon Mapleside Mfg with respect to products manufactured by Mapleside. Mfg. INC.
